A component of the Executive Office of the President, ONDCP coordinates Federal drug-control activities and related funding, and produces the annual National Drug Control Strategy. ONDCP provides the funds for the FPP.
Substance Abuse & Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA)
SAMHSA, established by Congress in 1992, targets substance abuse and mental health services to the people most in need. A major goal of SAMHSA is to reduce the impact of substance abuse on America's communities. SAMHSA oversees the FPP grant.
