Prevention Partnership Action Plan for Year 4

This plan outlines proposed FPP activities for the fourth year of the Partnership – October 1, 2011 through September 30, 2012. The goals for year 3 include:

• Increase Community Collaboration
• Reduce 30-Day Use Rates Of Alcohol, Marijuana and Prescription Drugs by 10 Percent by 2013
